Has Been? Policies

Has Been? staff are not permitted to do any extra Work / Repairs / Moving / Additional tasks at delivery or collection sites, unless prior arrangements are made and confirmed via email.

All invoices are payable upon receipt.
All goods remain the property of Has Been? Office Furniture (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.
All furniture and effects are sold with a 3 month guarantee and a 1 year guarantee on new items.

Second Hand Furniture

Delivery: 3 working days from date of invoice. Payment due within 24/h of invoice date. (unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by email)

New Furniture

Delivery: 12-15 working days from date of invoice. 50 percent deposit due within 24/h of invoice date. (unless otherwise arranged and confirmed via email) Balance of payment due one working day before delivery.

Selling Furniture

Our “Offer To Purchase” price is inclusive of VAT.
Our “Offer To Purchase” price Includes transportation within the greater Johannesburg & Pretoria area.
